- If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 24 hours, we will charge an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project.
- If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle, an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which the clients will be entitled to pay.
Cancellation Procedure
- Clients can submit their cancellation request via email
- The request will be received and processed by our accounts and billing department.
- A confirmation reply will be sent to the client, which will serve as proof of cancellation
- It is important to note that clients must submit their cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order and before the project has been started.
Digital Marketing & SEO Refund Policy
- We will not be liable for any refund or guarantee of top search ranking under the following circumstances:
- We continuously strive to provide the best possible results to our clients but due to factors beyond our control, we cannot make any guarantees or promises.
- The number of times and rank of a website appearing on the search list varies, and thus an immediate change in the search ranking cannot be guaranteed.
Branding Services
- We do not guarantee an increase in sales or revenue as a result of our branding services.
- The client may not use any of the branding materials created by our team unless they have paid for them in full.
- If the client cancels their branding services, they may not use any of the concepts or ideas presented by the team to any other agency or service provider.
- We reserve the right to cancel branding services at any time, with a prorated refund to the client.
Web Services
- Any additional fees or costs incurred during the web design process will be the responsibility of the client and will not be refunded if the client cancels their services.
- We are not responsible for any technical issues or downtime experienced by the client’s website after the completion of the project.
- We do not guarantee a specific website traffic or conversion rate.
- There is no commitment offered to the no of units or services sold from the client website
Content Services
- The content is written as per the industry standards but we, do not guarantee a specific level of engagement or conversions from our content services.
- We do not guarantee any specific results from our content services, including but not limited to increased website traffic, higher search engine rankings, or increased sales.
- There is no guarantee on content ranking on a particular keyword, however the team ensures to write optimized content.
Email Services
- It will not be responsible for the email content or its impact on the client’s business.
- We do not guarantee a specific open or click-through rate for email campaigns.
- The team does not guarantee business or leads from emails
Data Service
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data provided.
- We will not be liable for any loss of data due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, and system failures.
- We will not be responsible for any data loss or breach that occurs due to the client’s negligence or actions.
